Yesterday was very much an emotional rollercoaster for all of the team here at Hull Farm.
Sadly, yesterday we said goodbye to the much loved Hector Javliex. He has left a big hole in the yard, and it feels very different here without him. Hector was an energetic character and a massive show off!
He gave us some of the best days and brought so much joy to his owners & all of the team here. Our thoughts are with his wonderful owners David and Pauline Mason, Hannah who rode him out everyday and Lilly who adored him.

We finished yesterday with the tough and determined Ikigai Star showing true grit to win at Southwell Racecourse in a Handicap Hurdle. Ikigai Star jumped flawlessly with David Bass on board, who gave him a brilliant and confident ride. He put a smile on all of our faces after a very tough day for all of us.
