This week has been an unusual one for us, with racing meetings continuing to be abandoned. While we have been disappointed not see any of the horses out on the racecourse, we’ve made the most of the quite week and spent some quality time with our wonderful owners.
Today we had the fire crackling away and welcomed some of our syndicate members for a catch up and to see their horses. Everyone enjoyed homemade sausage rolls and a hot drink following a cold morning on the gallops.
This week has been a tough one for our remarkable team, the -6 degree temperatures have been no match for them. They have powered through the frozen mornings and cared for the horses to the best standard with a big smile on their faces. We are so grateful for our amazing team; without them it would simply not be possible.
We hope you all have a good weekend and hopefully we receive some better weather next week so we can get back to the racecourse.
