He is a lovely big horse who won decisively on his first start for us at Carlisle last October. I thought he might struggle to win a hurdle as he is a real chaser, but he backed up that form with a very solid second on his only other start when carrying a penalty. He will not be back here until October with a plan to have him ready for soft ground at the end of the year. He is going to be an exciting staying novice chaser who can move up a grade going forward.
