Sunday Winner!

Midnight Jewel made all and battled to the line at Fontwell on Sunday under a brave and bold ride from Lilly Pinchin to win! This horse has been great for us, he has now won 5 times with Lilly on board and a total of 8 times for us as a team. Midnight Jewel has spent his day in the field resting, we are so pleased for his owner who adores him and all of our staff who work so hard at home each day.  

After a thrilling winner at Fontwell on Sunday, the energy is high here at CLR for another exciting day at Worcester where we send 3 runners. We are sending Zestful Hope for the 5.10pm Handicap Hurdle under Paul O’Brien and Elizabeth Gale will ride Catuaba at 6.40pm in the Handicap Hurdle and Ikigai Star in the 7.10pm race in Conditional Jockey’s Handicap Hurdle.

This morning, we had Lilly Pinchin, David Bass & Paul O’Brien riding out which gave us some opportunities to school some horses. Lebowski left the ground for the first time since arriving with us and he was brilliant to watch, Rare Edition blew is all away with his jumping and Harjo was electric to watch preparing for his run in a couple of weeks!
